Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns for store credit. We do not offer refunds. Return shipping is paid for by you, the customer. Items must not have been worn and must be returned in new condition with all the tags attached and in the original packaging as well as the receipt. All items must arrive at the shop within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at for a return authorization (RA) number within 3 days after receipt. We will not accept packages without an RA number.

If you have received an item as a gift and need to exchange it, our standard exchange policy applies. You will receive a store credit. Keep in mind, store credit never expires.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on adhesive accessories, Bracli pearl lingerie, hosiery, or any opened novelty items. We’re sure you understand why.

Final sale items cannot be returned.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are adequately protected during transit back to us.
We can tell if items have been worn. Please don’t try to return items that have been worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have been worn. That means you have to pay shipping again to have the item returned to you. Please don’t try it.
